The Blessed Life

Being “blessed” means having supernatural power working for you.  By contrast, being “cursed” means having supernatural power working against you.

The days of a blessed person are filled with divine “coincidences”  and heavenly meaning.  A blessed man may or may not be wealthy by the world’s standards, but he enjoys a quality of life that most billionaires would envy.

The Root of the Problem

Jeremiah 17:8

For he will be like a tree planted by the water,

That extends its roots by a stream

And will not fear when the heat comes;

But its leaves will be green,

And it will not be anxious in a year of drought
